Welcome to Dream Leader Institute Business, operated by 5th Ave & Associates Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or enrolling in our digital programs, platform, websites, or messaging services, you ("Client," "User," or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Program Access & Access Duration

Upon enrollment, participants receive one (1) year of complete access to the Dream Leader Institute Business program materials, starting from the original purchase date. Following the initial one-year period, ongoing access to program content, updates, and community features will require an active monthly or annual continuation subscription.

2. Payments & Billing Models

We offer flexible payment structures for our programs:

  • Pay-in-Full: Upfront payments receive a discounted rate as offered at checkout.
  • Monthly Payment Plans: If you select a monthly payment option, you authorize us to automatically charge your designated payment method on a recurring monthly schedule until all agreed installment payments are completed. Failure to make payments will result in suspension or termination of access.
  • Continuation Subscriptions: Ongoing monthly or annual renewal fees for post-program platform access will auto-renew until cancelled by the user prior to the billing date.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand behind the quality of our operational frameworks and strategy. Our refund policy is subject to strict conditions:

  • Conditional Satisfaction Guarantee: If you complete up to ten (10) modules of the program and determine that it does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund by contacting support.
  • Completion Exclusion: Due to the highly proprietary nature of our full intellectual property package, no refunds will be granted once you have completed the entire program or accessed all available modules.

4. Proprietary Rights & Content Restrictions

All materials provided within the program—including videos, frameworks, workbooks, AI modules, processes, and text—are the exclusive intellectual property of 5th Ave & Associates Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business execution only. You may not sell, sublicense, share login credentials, duplicate, or redistribute any program materials to third parties or use them to create competing services.

5. Mobile Messaging & A2P SMS Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS notifications, program updates, and transactional alerts from 5th Ave & Associates Inc. (dba Dream Leader Institute Business).

  • Opt-Out: You may reply STOP to any mobile message at any time to opt out of SMS communications.

7. Governing Law & Binding Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Binding Individual Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation in our programs shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration conducted in North Carolina, rather than in court. Both parties explicitly waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
